Our business model is based on an arms-length, independent contractor relationship. We offer our Consultants an opportunity to work at the top of their field, in challening assignments that demand standards of excellence and integrity, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

We are not a “body shop”. Our Consultants are a part of the OCG team, backed by the resources and expertise of our executive management group.

Our Consultants integrate with our clients, and in turn with their customers, to fully leverage the skills and knowledge that OCG brings to the engagement. This includes whatever level of mentoring or training our clients ask for.

• Senior project (program) managers in healthcare, IT infrastructure and application deployment, manufacturing, inventory/warehouse systems, and finance
• Experts in online course design and associated technical collaterals
• Highly experienced trainers who are great facilitators and mentors, in the areas of project management, executive skill development, business communication, leadership, interpersonal skills
