Jay Ress, Managing Partner of The Outset Consulting Group, will give the keynote address to the 2007 State of Tennessee IS Management Summit. The date is October 22, 2007. His topic will be “Proactive Management in the Process Zone”, with apologies to Rod Serling and his many fans.

Jay will also lead an interactive workshop on October 23, entitled: “Got Project Governance?” The session will review common gaps in project governance, and present a series of recommendations to postion PMO’s and executives for project success.
